Paying for it
Plain terms, no surprises.
- Three partsThe build is paid in three parts: one third to start, one third when you see the first design, one third before launch.
- Month to monthThe monthly plan is billed monthly and you can stop before the next month begins.
- Yours to keepYou own your domain and content once the build is paid for.

Is Workless faceless?
Workless is the scholar who tells our story. Behind him is one real person, 26, quiet by nature and happier making things than making small talk, which is why the scholar does the talking here. But you'll never be dealing with a faceless company. Before anything starts, we have a short introductory call. After that we meet in person or on a video call, whichever suits you and your shop. Just an ordinary person dreaming big, who believes every business deserves a good home online.
How long does it take?
Starter takes about a week. Signature depends on how soon you need it, and usually takes three weeks or more. You'll see the dates in your written proposal before anything starts.
What do you need from me?
Your story, some photos and your own words. Where it started, what you're proud of, what your customers come back for. Phone photos are fine to begin with. I shape the writing around them, and you check every word before it goes live.
What happens after launch?
Your Monday messages begin. Every Monday you get three numbers, one chart and the single thing to do next. You can reply to it like any other message.
Can I leave?
Yes. The monthly plan runs month to month, and you can stop before the next month begins. Your site, your domain and your words are yours once the build is paid for, and they leave with you.
What about my customers' data?
Your reports use totals, not names. I only look at what's needed to write your Monday message, and I'll put that in writing.
